Unopened (if sealed) and undamaged

Returned with original packaging (e.g., sleeves, top loaders)

Note: Mystery packs, opened items, or sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. How to Request a Return

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once we receive the item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.
