1. Returns Eligibility

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unopened (if sealed) and undamaged

  • Returned with original packaging (e.g., sleeves, top loaders)

Note: Mystery packs, opened items, or sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Once we receive the item and inspect it, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service, as we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

• Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

• We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
